Michelle (Shelly) joined Compass Financial Network in January 2025. Originally from Yakima, Shelly moved to Bellevue in 1985 to launch her career in banking. With over 20 years of experience, Shelly has a diverse professional background, with a focus on both banking and recruitment. She spent several years working as a recruiter at Microsoft, serving both as a vendor/contract recruiter and an employee, where she supported a wide range of clients across the organization.
Known for her passion, strong work ethic, and client-centered approach, Shelly thrives in collaborative environments. After taking some time off to spend with her family, she is excited to re-enter the workforce and contribute her knowledge and experience to Compass Financial Network.
