Emily A. Falon, FPQP^®

Emily joined the team in 2024. She will be a great asset to the Compass Financial Network Team.

Emily will be working with clients aiming to give them the ultimate client experience in managing the day-to-day operations and Financial Planning division. Emily has a wealth of knowledge to help clients in navigating their future wealth. Emily is a graduate of Yakima Valley College with an Associates of Applied Science in Agri-business and completed her AAS degree in accounting. 

Prior to joining Compass Financial Network, Emily has learned the importance of Financial Planning through her accounting and bookkeeping profession. Emily also has many years in customer service and has provided quality service to serve the client’s needs.

In Emily’s spare time, she enjoys golfing in the Yakima Valley, she helped with coaching in the First Tee program while she was in high school. She loves spending time with family and friends.

Emily is excited to start a new adventure with the many possibilities and opportunities for her career at Compass Financial Network.
